Finding a med spa you trust is like finding a great nail salon… once you do, you’re never leaving. I’ve had both BBL HEROic and Moxi laser treatments at BRB Aesthetics Central with Caitlin, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else. She explains everything, answers all of my million questions, and somehow makes lasers feel… not scary. Which is saying something considering one of those lasers was for my lady bits. If I’m letting someone point a laser there, that’s about the highest vote of confidence I can give. Caitlin is amazing. She checks in after every treatment to see how I’m healing, answers my random texts, and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her. That kind of care is rare. And the results? My skin looked like glass after my Moxi treatment. Bright, smooth, and somehow like I had actually been sleeping eight hours a night instead of pretending I do. Dr. Mike, one of the owners, has created such a great practice. You can tell he genuinely cares about the patient experience. The office is beautiful, spotless, everyone is incredibly kind, and there’s easy street parking, which in Chicago feels almost suspiciously convenient. I was honestly intimidated by med spas before BRB. It all felt a little overwhelming. Instead, I found really good people who happen to be exceptionally good at what they do. The whole place somehow manages to feel elevated without feeling intimidating, and that’s a rare combination. I’m so excited to watch BRB grow because it’s exactly the kind of local business you want to root for.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at BRB Aesthetic Central. The clinic has a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Before my treatment, I was feeling a bit nervous, but Nurse Practitioner Francis took the time to review my VISIA Skin Analysis results with me. I was surprised to learn that I have so many open or enlarged pores!!! He thoroughly explained the findings and clearly identified the areas of my skin that could be improved. His knowledge and attention to detail made me feel confident in my treatment plan. Caitlin was also exceptional throughout the entire experience. She was kind, patient, and highly informative, carefully explaining each step of the treatment and answering all of my questions. She made sure I was comfortable from start to finish and frequently checked in to ensure everything was going well. The professionalism, expertise, and genuine care shown by both Francis and Caitlin truly stood out. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and reassuring. While I’m still early in my skincare journey, I’m very pleased with the experience so far and highly recommend BRB Aesthetic Central to anyone considering a BBL Skin Smooth Facial treatment.
