Clinic Policies
Scheduling
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card will be charged any late or cancellation fees. Payment for your service is due at time of your service.
Initial Visit
Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate your full appointment if you arrive late. However, to avoid impacting other guests, your service time may be shortened, and full-service charges will still apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we recommend rescheduling to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to all services and treatments. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service value or $100, whichever is lower. Missed appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Quiet Environment
Please keep conversations quiet during your visit to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests. We also ask that all cell phones be silenced so you can fully enjoy your treatment.
Provider Request
While we respect your preference for a specific treatment provider, we may only sometimes be able to accommodate requests due to provider illness, vacations, or unforeseen schedule changes.
Practice-Patient Relationship
We value you as our guest, but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Payments
Our services are elective aesthetic and wellness treatments, so we do not bill insurance providers. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods, including cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Additionally, we accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Please be aware that we do not accept checks.
Refunds
Once payment is received, we do not offer refunds for services. However, we are happy to provide an in-office credit if you want to exchange your unused service for another treatment option (please note that clients are responsible for any price differences). Retail items may be exchanged if they are unopened. Additionally, any chargebacks to patient financing accounts will incur a $250 fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Memberships
Memberships offer exclusive savings on treatments, skincare, and more. Membership fees are due monthly during the membership term. If payment is not received during this period, your membership may be canceled, and all associated perks will be forfeited. If the membership is canceled early, an early termination fee will be charged to the customer's card. This fee will be the difference between the discounted rates under the membership and the regular service pricing for non-members.
