APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
SCHEDULING
A valid credit card is required on file to reserve all appointments.
Payment for treatments and services is due at the time services are rendered unless other payment arrangements have been approved in advance.
Appointments are subject to provider availability, clinical eligibility, and applicable BRB Aesthetics Central policies.
Initial Visit
New patients are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and completion of any required intake forms.
Initial Consultation + VISIA® Skin Analysis — $100
Our Initial Consultation includes a VISIA® Skin Analysis and a personalized assessment to better understand your skin, aesthetic concerns, and treatment goals. Based on your consultation, our team will help develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss appropriate treatment options.
The $100 consultation fee will be credited toward a future treatment selected as part of your treatment plan.
A consultation does not guarantee eligibility for any specific treatment. All treatments remain subject to provider assessment, medical eligibility, and clinical appropriateness.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. To respect the time reserved for each patient and our providers, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
No-Show: Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice are subject to a $100 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
The $100 charged will remain on the patient’s BRB account as a credit toward a future treatment. The credit has no cash value.

Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late. To avoid impacting other patients’ appointments, your treatment may need to be shortened while the full scheduled service price remains applicable.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may require rescheduling, depending on the treatment and provider schedule.

We strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone at BRB.
We kindly ask that conversations be kept at a considerate volume and mobile devices be silenced during treatments whenever possible.
Please treat our patients, providers, and team members with courtesy and respect.
Provider Requests
We are happy to accommodate requests for a specific provider whenever possible.
Provider availability may occasionally change due to illness, time off, scheduling changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a change is necessary, our team will work with you to find the best available option.
Practice-Patient Relationship
BRB Aesthetics Central is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our patients and team.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment when clinically appropriate or when necessary to protect the safety, well-being, or professional boundaries of our patients and staff.
All medical and aesthetic treatments are subject to provider assessment, medical eligibility, clinical appropriateness, and applicable treatment protocols.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
BRB PARTNER
BRB PARTNER is our $99/month Beauty Bank membership. Your full $99 monthly membership payment is deposited into your personal BRB Beauty Bank and may be applied toward eligible BRB treatments, services, injectables, laser and energy-based treatments, wellness services, and medical-grade skincare.
Unused Beauty Bank credit rolls over from month to month while the membership remains active.
BRB PARTNER requires an initial 12-month commitment. After completion of the initial 12-month term, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the BRB PARTNER Membership Agreement.
BRB PARTNER Early Cancellation
If a BRB PARTNER membership is canceled before completing the initial 12-month commitment, a $150 early cancellation fee will apply.
The early cancellation fee is separate from the member’s Beauty Bank balance, cannot be paid using Beauty Bank credit, and has no cash or service value.
After completion of the initial 12-month commitment, the membership may be canceled by providing written notice to BRB Aesthetics Central before the member’s next scheduled billing date.
Beauty Bank credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. BRB PARTNER benefits and savings are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction Membership
The BRB Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction Membership provides ongoing access to eligible laser hair reduction treatments based on the member’s selected treatment-area membership level.
“Unlimited” means members may continue receiving eligible treatments while their membership remains active, subject to appropriate treatment intervals, clinical eligibility, provider recommendation, appointment availability, and membership terms. It does not mean unlimited treatment areas or unlimited treatment sessions within a single month.
Treatment timing is based on the hair-growth cycle, treatment area, individual response, and clinical recommendation. Patient safety and clinical judgment always take priority over membership utilization.
Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction Membership Cancellation
The Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction Membership does not require a long-term contractual commitment.
Members may cancel at any time by providing BRB Aesthetics Central with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Because 30 days’ written notice is required, any regularly scheduled membership payment occurring during the 30-day notice period may still be processed. Members will continue to have access to applicable membership benefits through the final paid membership period, subject to the Membership Agreement.
Membership fees are non-refundable once collected, except where otherwise required by law.
Unused membership treatment opportunities do not accumulate or roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another treatment, product, or service.

PAYMENTS & PURCHASES
Payments
BRB Aesthetics Central provides elective aesthetic and wellness services and does not bill health insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and select patient financing options.
Available payment methods and financing options are subject to change. Please contact BRB Aesthetics Central for current payment and financing options.
Refunds & Account Credits
Payments for aesthetic treatments, services, packages, and memberships are generally non-refundable.
Eligibility for BRB account credit, treatment exchanges, or other adjustments is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the original purchase.
Promotional purchases, memberships, treatment plans, packages, prepaid services, financing transactions, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.
Beauty Bank credits and membership benefits are governed by their applicable membership agreements.
