I went to the spa for consult of UL therapy. The shop is spotless, the front desk is well-mannered, and the aesthetician is knowledgeable.

The injector, Francis, is very friendly and approachable and explained the process very well—that’s the most important thing for clients to feel at ease. The clinic has a high-tech assessment facility that determines the localized points needed for treatment. The place has a cozy, homey, and relaxing ambiance. Instructions for aftercare, precautions, and maintenance are well explained. Lastly, affordable payment plans are available to suit each individual’s capacity and preferences.

Apart from the cute interiors and very welcoming staff, they have such nice aestheticians. I was assigned to Nicole, she explained every step, made me comfortable all throughout the process and was so excited for my own skin's upcoming improvements! I also got to try their ZO Skin Health products and immediately felt the difference upon first use. They have the complete line at the front. BRB is such an amazing find in Chicago! No wonder they named it that way, because I am definitely going to Be Right Back!

I had an amazing facial at BRB Aesthetics Central with Sayuri, who is not only a total expert at what she does but also has the gentlest touch. She even reached out the following day to check on how my skin was doing, and that kind of thoughtful follow-up truly shows what a sweetheart she is.

BRB was fabulous from the moment we walked in the door until our exit a couple of hours later. Each member of the staff was professional, welcoming, open and warm. We felt cared for, and the attention was on what our needs were our entire visit. They communicated every last detail of our treatment, and there were no unknowns. Caitlyn was our aesthetician and she was extremely knowledgeable, catered to our every need, while providing us exceptional service. She checked in regularly throughout the treatment to make sure I was doing ok. If you're looking for a 5 star experience, look no further.

Their facial is absolutely fantastic, you will definitely notice a remarkable change. The staff is just so lovely and accommodating. It's incredibly relaxing and they have a wide range of services to offer.
